Milton Keynes Central can be reached from London via mainline London Euston. The journey takes between half an hour and an hour ten minutes and trains leave very regularly. It's roughly a mile from the hotel, on the other end of Midsummer Boulevard. The last train departs 01:34 AM and the first leaves at 05:24 AM

Milton Keynes Central Bus Station is next to the train station.

Chances are you're coming in at London Gatwick or London Heathrow airports, get to London Euston train station and follow train directions from there. If you're arriving at London Luton, you can take a shuttle bus to Luton Parkway and a train from there to Milton Keynes Central.
